When I want to prepare for "Reading"
I realize that I have to memorize vocabulary as much as possible,
and improve the reading speed.

When I want to prepare for "Listening"
I realize that I have to learn how to take notes from the lecture.
and increase the amounts of vocabulary

When I want to prepare for "Writing"
I realize that I have to read many sentences and vocabulary
and strengthen the listening ability as well as reading ability

When I want to prepare for "Speaking"
I realize that I have to practice how to speak thought out and take notes,
and improve the reading ability.

every part seems connect to each other so tightly...
which one should I prepare first... where is the direction... Orz...
